- If a code does not work, was already used or does not match the description, it is replaced or refunded to your balance.
- You can request cancellation of an order that has not been delivered yet; the amount is refunded to your balance.
- To make a request, open a ticket under My Account → Support with your order number and a screenshot of any error.
