You must use the license key within 12 hours
NOTE: Before installing, uninstall any other versions of Office on your computer, then install the version you downloaded. Once the installation is complete, open a blank Word document and select “Activate by Phone” from the section that appears.
Enter the license key you have into the box.
A long installation ID (ID number) will appear on the screen.
Go to aka.ms/aoh in your browser, sign in to your account, and open the Office activation option.
Enter the long numbers (installation ID) displayed on your computer into the fields on the site and follow the instructions.
The system will provide you with a confirmation code. Enter this code into the fields on your computer one by one.
After entering the codes, complete the activation.

When is the product delivered?

Automatically delivered products appear under My Account → Orders within seconds of payment. Products that need extra details are prepared by our team once the details are received.

How do I pay?

Orders are paid from your account balance. You can top up using the payment methods under My Account → Balance.

What if the product does not work?

Open a ticket under My Account → Support with your order number. After review the product is replaced or refunded to your balance.

Are the products genuine?

All products are sourced from authorised suppliers and can be used under the terms stated in the description.

What if I lose the delivered details?

Delivered codes and account details are kept under My Account → Orders; you can view them again at any time.

Delivered digital products cannot be returned for a change of mind (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ).
If a code does not work, was already used or does not match the description, it is replaced or refunded to your balance.
You can request cancellation of an order that has not been delivered yet; the amount is refunded to your balance.
To make a request, open a ticket under My Account → Support with your order number and a screenshot of any error.
